What exactly is 'Wonky' coffee?

Wonky coffee refers to high-quality beans that are rejected by mainstream retailers due to minor cosmetic defects, surplus stock, or slight roasting variances. They taste incredible but would otherwise go to waste.

Does rescued coffee taste different from standard specialty coffee?

Not at all! We strictly quality-test every batch to ensure it meets specialty standards. The only difference is the price and the fact that you are helping reduce food waste.

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 24 hours. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your beans are dispatched.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes! Sustainability is at our core. All Wonky Coffee bags are 100% compostable, and our shipping boxes are made from recycled cardboard.

Can I return my coffee if I don't like it?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality concerns, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

We do! You can choose your preferred frequency and save 15% on every order. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time through your account portal.
